Terms and Conditions:

  1. Agreement: By engaging our building contractor services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.             
  2. Scope of Work: We will provide building contractor services as agreed upon in writing between both parties, including but not limited to construction, renovation, remodeling, or any other related services.
  3. Pricing: The pricing for our services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement. Any additional work requested by the client may incur extra charges, to be mutually agreed upon.
  4. Payment Terms: Payment for our services is to be made as per the agreed-upon terms. A deposit may be required to commence the work, with the remainder payable upon completion or as otherwise specified.
  5. Change Orders: Any changes requested by the client after the agreement is signed must be communicated in writing and may result in additional costs. The contractor will provide a revised proposal outlining the changes, and both parties must agree to the modifications.
  6. Delays: While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, unexpected delays, such as inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, may occur. We will communicate any delays promptly and make reasonable efforts to reschedule accordingly.
  7. Material and Subcontractors: We will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor required for the project. In some cases, subcontractors may be engaged to complete specific tasks, ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
  8. Permits and Licensing: It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the project. We will assist and guide the client through this process if necessary.
  9. Insurance: We maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen incidents during the project. However, the client is responsible for securing their own insurance coverage for the property and its contents.
  10. Warranty: We provide a warranty on our workmanship and will address any defects or issues that arise within the specified warranty period, subject to normal wear and tear.
  11. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. Payments for completed work and any additional costs incurred will be settled accordingly.
  12. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued. By engaging our building contractor services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions
